Returns Policy
La Chispa’s customer service policy is incredibly simple. We won't be happy unless you are happy.
If you are not happy with something we will exchange or issue a refund provided that it is returned in its original packaging with all labels intact, in exactly the condition we supplied it to you.
If you would like to exchange or refund a purchase please contact us as soon as possible. All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Some items cannot be returned and this will be shown in the description but it is normally for hygiene reasons.
Gift vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We will not accept returns of items damaged due to improper care. Please ensure that you read and follow all care instructions.

Returns Procedure
How to return goods:
Log into your account, go to your Orders History, select the item and choose the action 'Return Products' from the menu.
Fill in the form there, giving your reasons for returning the product and product details if not already filled in, then submit the form.
Please supply as much detail as possible.
You will be send a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number and details of how to return the item.
Do not send the item back until you have this RMA number.
You must return the items to us by secure means. We strongly recommend that you obtain a free receipt from the post office, or carriers as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Refunds
Any refund due will be credited back to the card used for the order. An email confirmation will be sent once your refund has been processed. You may need to allow up to a further five working days for your bank to process the credit to your account.

Exchanges
Complete a returns form, and clearly list the details of the exchange that you are requesting. If the item that you are requesting is of higher value your original payment method will be used to pay the difference. If you are requesting an item of a lower value your original payment method will be refunded the difference.
If the item you have requested is no longer in stock you will be contacted to arrange either a refund or exchange for a different item. Please allow usual shipping times for exchanges.
If a return is requested or received after 14 days it is at La Chispa’s discretion to give a refund.
